Beach Stays have been operating for over 15 years in the Northern Beaches of Sydney and have grown to become the Northern Beaches leading short and mid-term management service for holiday properties and owner short term rental homes. Beach Stays is part of a larger group of boutique short to mid term rental companies including, Blue Mountains Escapes, Pacific Palms Holidays, Pacific Coast Holidays and Tea Gardens Holidays, giving you the confidence that you are in good hands.

At Beach Stays, although we are a fully registered agent, we choose not to handle full term leases, allowing us to remain focussed on our core proposition. We want to make it simple for homeowners of luxury properties to share their homes with a vetted community of holiday makers and travellers. We strive to provide exceptional service through the building of relationships to ensure the very best experience for both our owners and our guests when working in partnership with us.
